ADVICS CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture, President: Akira Akiyama, hereinafter referred to as ADVICS) brake products have been adopted for the first time in the "n7" EV (electric vehicle) sold by LUXGEN, a luxury car brand of Taiwan's Yulon Motor Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
The N7 is attracting attention as the first EV (Model C: SUV type) designed in 2021 by Hon Hai Advanced Technology Co., Ltd. (Foxtron), a joint venture established by Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd. and Yulong.
This time, ADVICS products have been highly evaluated for their track record and performance in the brake market, and they have been adopted for the first time in Foxtron's Model C. The products adopted are Cooperative regenerative braking system, Caliper integrated parking brake, front Disc brake Caliper, and brake pads, and by leveraging their extensive lineup, Advics is providing the optimal brake system for the "n7."
ADVICS will continue to expand its product lineup to accommodate electrification and contribute to the realization of a new mobility society and carbon neutrality.
