On February 23rd, 12 AISIN Group companies *1 presented grants to 11 NPOs and volunteer organizations in Aichi Prefecture.
The fund was established with the aim of providing grants and support to local organizations engaged in volunteer and welfare activities, thereby helping to enrich and develop these activities. This year marks the 18th time the fund has been presented. Organizations to be supported were publicly solicited from October to November of last year, and after screening, 11 organizations were selected. The support money was provided by the proceeds of the All AISIN Charity Concert *2 and donations from executives and employees. Members of the organizations who attended the presentation ceremony expressed their desire to further enrich their activities, saying, "This is a generous donation from everyone in AISIN Group so we will make good use of it."
AISIN Group believes that by leveraging the "economy of scale" that is unique to the Group to expand its support, it will not only revitalize the activities of each organization, but also lead to invigoration of social contribution activities by the company and its employees. Going forward, as a good corporate citizen, the Group will continue to engage in activities that are even more closely tied to the local community.
