We have achieved the plan contents of the "General Employer Action Plan" formulated based on the "Next Generation Development Support Measures Promotion Act" stipulated by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and as a company that supports childcare, we have been approved by the Aichi Labor Bureau as of June 2016, 6. We are pleased to inform you that we have obtained Kurumin certification.
Our company will continue to actively support childcare, aiming to create a work environment where employees can balance work and childcare and demonstrate their abilities to the fullest.
