AISIN Group and other members of the Aisin Group * will be exhibiting jointly at EVS31 (31st International Electric Vehicle Symposium & Exhibition) & EVTeC 2018 (EV Technology International Conference 2018), to be held at the Kobe Convention Center from Sunday, September 30th to Wednesday, October 3rd, and will be showcasing products and technologies related to the electrification field.
In terms of transmissions, AISIN 's flagship automatic transmission. In addition, as part of its lineup of electric drive units consisting of motors and reduction gears, the company will exhibit a mass-produced small-capacity "electric 4WD unit" that is mounted on the rear wheels of front-wheel drive vehicles and used for electric 4WD, and a large-capacity "eAxle" that is currently being developed for use in large SUVs and minivans.
Additionally, the company will be showcasing products that meet the needs of all types of electrification, such as electric pumps that lubricate and cool motors and batteries, as well as regenerative braking systems. These products include hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs), plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs), electric vehicles (EVs), and fuel cell vehicles (FCVs).
