Aisin Corporation and AISIN Group *1 will be exhibiting at the Automotive Engineering Exposition 2019 Yokohama, which will be held from Wednesday, May 22nd to Friday, May 24th at Pacifico Yokohama (Nishi-ku, Yokohama).
This time, we will exhibit products that support the electrification of cars, such as an "engine cooling electric water pump" that contributes to improved fuel efficiency through efficient heat management, and two types of "Cooperative regenerative braking system" (by-wire type and ESC type) that are tailored to customer vehicle models and needs. We will also exhibit the electric drive module "eAxle *2" that can be used with various types of cars by combining it with motors, etc.
We will also be exhibiting products that support autonomous driving, such as "active rear steering," "Electronically controlled brake system," "driver monitor systems," and "periphery monitoring systems."
Additionally, three technical papers will be presented, covering the themes of "Studying indicators for evaluating safety confirmation behavior when passing through intersections with stop signs using driver monitor cameras," "Improving brake squeal performance using high-damping, high-rigidity underlayer materials," and "Development of technology to predict the forcing force of brake actuator operating noise to achieve both braking performance and operating noise."
