ADVICS Corporation (Headquarters: Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture, President: Akira Akiyama, hereinafter referred to as ADVICS) ET Robocon team "HELIOS" participated in the ET Robocon held on November 11, 2024.At the 2024 Championship Advanced Class, we won first place in the competition division and second place in the model judging, achieving our second consecutive overall victory.
ET Robocon is a robotics contest held since 2002 to test the quality of embedded software design technology, and our company has been participating since 2006. This year, with a total of 23 teams participating from across the country, our team not only won the overall championship in the Advanced Class, but also received two special awards for being the team with the best software design.
The development of autonomous driving systems and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), which are our focus, requires the design of large-scale, complex software, so cultivating the modeling techniques that are important in these developments will help team members grow as brake system engineers.
ADVICS will continue to strive to develop its human resources by creating an environment in which each employee can maximize their capabilities and continue to play an active role.
