On December 15, 2025, ADVICS CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture, President: Akira Akiyama, hereinafter referred to as ADVICS") received the "Platinum Kurumin" certification from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as a company that provides high-level support for balancing work and child-rearing.

"Platinum Kurumin" is a special certification given to companies that have met the standards of the action plan formulated based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children and have been certified as "Kurumin" by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as child-rearing support companies (approximately 5,400 companies as of October 2025), and that have continued to take initiatives at an even higher level (approximately 800 companies as of October 2025).

Our company received "Kurumin" certification in 2016, and has worked to create an environment that makes it easy for employees to raise children, such as by promoting education before maternity leave and childcare leave and expanding support for employees preparing for pregnancy. Our ongoing efforts, including these, and quantitative achievements such as the rate at which men take childcare leave were highly evaluated, leading to the certification.

ADVICS will further strengthen its support for sustainable career development and flexible working styles, and provide an environment where everyone can continue to work with enthusiasm.

◆Recent initiatives to support balancing work and child-rearing (examples)
・Start of "Return to Work Sonael Course"
For women on maternity leave, before or during childcare leave, we explain the systems available during leave and hold lectures by senior mothers on the theme of "how to balance work and childcare." We provide an opportunity to dispel any doubts or anxieties that may arise during leave or when returning to work.
・Establishment of the "Family Plan Support System"
To support employees in balancing work and infertility treatment during the pregnancy preparation period, we have established a system that allows employees to combine short-time work and leave of absence for a period of one year, depending on their treatment situation.
