ADVICS CO., LTD., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture; President: Akira Akiyama; hereinafter referred to ADVICS) has been certified as a "Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2026 (Large Corporation Category)" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Health Conference. This marks the fourth consecutive year that ADVICS has received this certification since 2022.
Our company has designated four key management items among employee health challenges: "percentage of employees with a BMI of less than 25," "non-Smoking rate," "rate of new employees taking leave due to mental health issues," and "rate of employees participating in mental health training." Towards fiscal year 2030, we are promoting initiatives to address lifestyle-related diseases and mental healthcare, centered on the "AISIN Group Health Vision." (For details, please see our company website > Health Management.)
In fiscal year 2025, with an eye on the future aging population, we have been holding walking and meal events to provide health guidance to younger employees and to promote lifestyle-related disease prevention through "company cafeterias," "exercise," and "sleep." We have also enhanced in-house training and seminars to improve employees' health literacy. In terms of mental health, we have been enhancing line care tailored to today's young people for all managers and supervisors upon promotion. Our efforts in employee-centered health initiatives, including the activities described above, were recognized and led to this certification. For more information on our ongoing health education and health initiatives as part of our health management efforts, please see the link above.
