ADVICS CO., LTD., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture; President: Akira Akiyama; hereinafter referred to ADVICS) was certified as an "Aichi Women's Empowerment Promotion Leader" on June 10, 2026, as part of Aichi Prefecture's initiative to promote women's empowerment.
The "Aichi Women's Empowerment Promotion Leader" award is given by Aichi Prefecture to companies that work with the prefecture to promote women's empowerment throughout the prefecture. To be certified as an "Aichi Women's Empowerment Promotion Leader," companies must have obtained certification as an "Aichi Women's Empowerment Company," which ADVICS obtained in July 2024.
The greatest characteristic of our company's efforts to promote women's advancement and diversity is that female employees take the lead in developing, proposing, and implementing measures to make it easier for everyone to work. For example, we have a women's exchange salon where women can easily consult and interact with each other about career development and balancing work and childcare, we have created a return-to-work guide that incorporates the voices of experienced mothers, and in the manufacturing field, we have made improvements to the work environment regarding height and weight, utilizing a unique female perspective, and introduced maternity wear. We are working to create a workplace where it is easy to work while valuing the voices of those directly involved. Furthermore, our efforts to support work-life balance have been recognized, and we received "Platinum Kurumin" certification in December 2025.
Going forward, ADVICS will contribute to regional initiatives as the "Aichi Women's Empowerment Promotion Leader" by disseminating and sharing information and insights on women's empowerment.
