ADVICS CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture; President: Akira Akiyama; hereinafter referred to ADVICS) will be exhibiting at the "SDGs Children and Youth Fair" to be held at Aichi Sky Expo on Saturday, November 7th and Sunday, November 8th, 2026.
■ Experience the SDGs at the exhibition booth
1. Programming Outreach Program
We will be conducting our ongoing programming outreach workshops in the local community. Through the enjoyment of programming, we aim to provide opportunities to cultivate logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
2. Lemonade Stand
In collaboration with the Aichi Children's Hospice Project, we will be setting up a lemonade stand. All proceeds will be donated to the project and used to support activities that help children with illnesses or disabilities and their families.
3. technology exhibition
This presentation will introduce braking technologies that contribute to energy conservation in electric vehicles and provide an easy-to-understand explanation of the relationship between the environment and mobility.
■ Learn about jobs that support safety through "Exciting Job Experience"
Our company will also be exhibiting at the "Exciting Job Experience" event. In this program, participants will learn the basics of programming to safely control robot cars, a skill unique to our company as a brake system supplier, while working in teams to complete missions such as "driving, turning, stopping" and "distinguishing colors." By experiencing a part of the "safety-making work" that engineers face every day, participants will develop an interest in manufacturing and technology.
ADVICS will contribute to the realization of a sustainable society through activities that nurture the next generation, collaboration with local communities, and the dissemination of environmental technologies.
