ADVICS aims to create a workplace where people with disabilities can work together without anxiety, with peace of mind and safety, where both the workplace and the person in question can demonstrate their abilities, and where the value of employing people with disabilities can be shared. Currently, we employ just over 100 people, and we are working to improve our support system both inside and outside the company.
Three points about employment of people with disabilities at ADVICS

① Creating an environment where employees can demonstrate their abilities
→We hold study sessions on disabilities and social gatherings with people with disabilities, set up multiple consultation desks, and match people with experts in the workplace.
2) Strengthening specific division of roles and cooperation within and outside the company
→We have established a cooperative system for resolving problems across the entire company, including the workplace, medical team, and human resources department, and we provide support in collaboration with local support organizations as needed.
3) Dispatch of employees to the workplace in charge of employing people with disabilities
→We assign people with experience in supporting those involved and companies to share problem-solving know-how and serve as a consultation desk for those involved in the workplace.
Delivered a lecture at a seminar for companies hosted by Kariya City
In January 2024, we were invited to present case studies at the "Seminar on Employment of People with Disabilities for Businesses" hosted by Kariya City for the first time. The lecturers were Tomoko Gomi from the Human Resources Development Office of Human Resources & General Affairs Dept., who supports the employment of people with disabilities, and Yuki Yoshikawa from the Manufacturing Office of the Kariya Plant, who is an active worker. They shared their efforts in the employment of people with disabilities, sharing their honest thoughts from the perspectives of both the supporter and the worker.

The importance of continuing to provide unremitting support
Yoshikawa-san has been with the company for three years and is currently working as a disabled person in Plant. Although she has had some anxieties over changes to her place of employment, she has been able to overcome these challenges with the help of her colleagues and the company as a whole, and with the support of local support organizations, she has come this far. She is a very cheerful and active person, and her smile as she says she can't wait for her turn to sing karaoke on her days off speaks volumes about how fulfilling her life at the company is.

ADVICS will continue to focus on promoting the employment of people with disabilities, aiming to be a company where diverse individuals can continue to play active roles as human resources through efforts to strengthen cooperation both inside and outside the company and to promote understanding within the company.
