This feedback suggests that the students were impressed by the multifaceted appeal of ADVICS, including the future prospects of the business, the work environment, and the communication with employees.

The appeal of a business that balances "stability" and "challenge."
The feedback from the students highlighted the high regard for ADVICS' business itself. The automotive industry is undergoing significant changes, such as electrification and autonomous driving. In this context, the importance of brake systems that support the safety of people and vehicles is increasing. Based on its cultivated brake technology, ADVICS continues to challenge itself in new areas such as electrification and control technology. It was evaluated as a company that possesses both a "stable technological foundation" and "challenges in AI and control technology."
Furthermore, the employees' dedication to technology and quality, as well as their responsible work ethic, seemed to convey to the students the significance and rewards of a job that supports people's lives.
An environment that supports the success of young people, along with comprehensive systems and benefits.
Another factor mentioned as an evaluation point was the work environment.
In addition to the "comprehensive systems and benefits common to AISIN Group," the "placement that takes into account the individual's wishes and aptitudes" and the "environment in which young people can thrive" were highly praised. A culture that supports the growth and challenges of each individual is firmly established under a stable business foundation, and this environment, which matches the students' values, led to the high evaluation.

The most highly praised aspect was the appeal of the "people."
Among the feedback we received, the comments regarding communication with employees were particularly striking.
Through internships, company information sessions, and interviews, the company's environment that allowed students to confidently express their thoughts and questions, as well as its communication style that prioritized psychological safety, were well-received. The selection process also functioned as an opportunity to deepen mutual understanding, and the company's sincere approach to each student was clearly conveyed.

Regarding this award, the person in charge of departmental-led recruitment in the technology department reflected as follows:
"Recruitment isn't solely the responsibility of HR; the technology development team also plays a crucial role in communicating our value. Just like in technology development, I believe benchmarking, dialogue with students (understanding their needs), improvement activities, and the enthusiasm of our recruiters all contributed to this award. We will continue to widely promote the appeal of ADVICS."
Furthermore, the HR representative said the following:
"We are very pleased to receive such positive feedback from the students. In this feedback, ADVICS' 'corporate culture and the appeal of its people' were particularly highly praised. It is a great encouragement to us that the attitude and personality of each and every employee contributed to this positive evaluation."
Towards meeting companions with whom we will build the future together
What emerged from this evaluation was not only an appreciation for expectations regarding our business and technology, but also for our "people" and "culture of challenge." Developing technologies that support a safe and secure mobility society. And our challenge in creating those technologies.
Moving forward, we will continue to improve our technological capabilities, cultivate a corporate culture that values people, and cherish the encounters we have with colleagues who will help us build the future together.
