20 years of steady tree planting efforts
AISIN Group, including ADVICS, is working to contribute to local communities and the environment with the aim of realizing a sustainable society. One of the symbolic activities is the tree-planting activity on Mt. Fuji, which began in 2003. We are working to plant seedlings of the native species, the dogwood willow, near the Gotembaguchi New Fifth Station of Mt. Fuji (Shizuoka Prefecture), where there is little vegetation and there is a risk of collapse. In fiscal 2025, this activity will mark its 20th anniversary.
*Due to the impact of COVID-19, this event will not be held in 2020 and 2021.

Continuing forestation: 600 seedlings sent to Mt. Fuji this year
The tree planting activity was held on June 21, 2025, and 195 employees and their families from 19 group companies gathered and carefully planted 600 seedlings. 26 people from ADVICS participated.
Participants commented, "As I watched with my family the trees that had been planted so far grow and the greenery increase, I said, 'If you work steadily with passion, you can achieve great results,'" and "The experience of tilling the soil and planting seedlings while encouraging each other with my daughter and friends was invaluable, and I felt the joy of facing nature and learned deeply." Through this activity, not only has environmental awareness increased, but it appears to have deepened bonds with colleagues and families.

Connecting the future of Mt. Fuji through mutual support
To conclude the activity, a green restoration fund was donated to the Mt. Fuji National Trust, an NPO, from the social contribution fund raised by AISIN Group executives and general managers. This donation will be used for environmental conservation of Mt. Fuji.
A total of 1,970 employees and their families from the Group and affiliated companies have participated in this tree planting activity to date, planting a total of 14,450 saplings. The Group has worked together to contribute to the natural regeneration of Mt. Fuji. Through this activity, participants learn the importance of environmental protection while interacting with nature, and entrust their hopes for the future to the saplings.
ADVICS will continue to contribute to creating a sustainable future while working closely with the local community and the natural environment.
