Enjoy a special moment at the first "night event"
On July 26, 2025, the "HANDA FES" was held at the Handa Plant, jointly sponsored by labor and management. This time, it was held at night for the first time, a new initiative, to coincide with the nearby Kinuura Port Festival fireworks display. From the evening into the night, approximately 800 employees and their families came to the event, enjoying a fun time on the grounds with the pleasant sea breeze blowing through.
The night the grounds transform into a "summer festival venue"
Plant grounds, which are usually quiet at night, were transformed into a lively "summer festival venue" on this day. Stalls selling shaved ice, fried noodles, and other items were set up, and there was also a full game corner with games like super ball scooping and strikeout. The happy voices of children filled the air, and even adults were able to return to their childhood and enjoy the festival to the fullest. The time spent with colleagues and families became irreplaceable memories.
Impressive fireworks blooming in the night sky
At 7:30 pm, the Kinuura Port Festival fireworks display began to go off over the ocean a short distance away. Cheers rose as the colorful fireworks went off one after the other. Feeling the sea breeze, it was very impressive to see people looking up at the night sky with smiles on their faces and saying things like, "It's great to be able to see the fireworks from the office!"

"I look forward to the Handa Plant Festival every year. This year, I heard that we would be able to see fireworks, so my colleagues and I were really looking forward to it."
"It was the first time the children had come to the Handa Plant at night. It was cool and they had a great time."
