Policies born from addressing "everyday problems"
At ADVICS, as part of our efforts to support the current needs of each and every employee, the "Kirari" Working Group for Promoting Women's Advancement* has planned a "prepared food stand" which began full operation in May 2026.
The origin of the project was a casual conversation among the Kirari members.
"Between childcare, housework, and work... every day is hectic, isn't it?"
"Right now, I just want someone to help me, even just a little, with this hardship."
When they addressed these concerns, they focused on a common issue everyone faces: "What to eat today?" They believed that addressing this everyday problem, regardless of gender or work style, was the first step in respecting diversity.
*Started in 2022 as part of our diversity promotion efforts. We aim to support the career development of our members and create an environment where everyone can thrive, engaging in discussions and making recommendations while addressing on-the-ground challenges.

An easy-to-use system that fits seamlessly into everyday life.
The prepared food stand is a take-out only sales corner located within the company's employee cafeteria. Following a trial period from March 2026, it officially began operations on May 13th. It offers approximately 20 kinds of healthy menus supervised by a nutritionist, free from preservatives and artificial colors, with the menu changing monthly. The wide variety includes side dishes such as hamburgers and saury simmered in plum vinegar, as well as rice, bread, soup, and desserts.
All items are priced at 200 yen. You can easily purchase items using self-service electronic payment. It's a user-friendly system that allows you to quickly stop by and buy only what you need, even on busy days.

The value revealed by the real voices of employees
The prepared food stand is already supporting the lives of many users. For example, if you pick up dinner after work, all you have to do when you get home is plate it. This reduces the burden of preparation and creates more peace of mind. Employees with young children have also commented, "Just knowing that I don't have to cook dinner tonight has changed the quality of the time I spend with my children." Furthermore, it's used for lunches while working from home, as emergency food when a family member is unwell, and in many other situations, people feel grateful to have it.

Gentle choices for our working lives.
Our prepared food stand quietly supports the daily lives of each and every person who works hard every day. Even on busy days, or days when you are balancing work with childcare or elder care, it is very important to not overexert yourself and to have a little breathing room.
"Let's get our meal from the prepared food stand today."
Such reasonable options bring more ease to the lives of us working people.

Respecting the differences of each individual and creating an environment where everyone can work in their own way—this accumulation of efforts leads to a workplace where everyone can feel safe and confident in their abilities. ADVICS will continue to work towards creating an environment where everyone can shine.
